ACL Dominator: ACL management and administration reporting security tool for IBM Notes
Quickly analyze and update Access Control Lists across all databases on an IBM Domino network, as well as, report on database properties and mailbox preference properties. Locate corrupted databases and replica stubs. Domino administrators can generate reports to assist in optimizing server performance and prepare for a messaging migration (i.e. IBM SmartCloud Notes Hybrid).
  • DAOS reports including Logical, Physical and DAOS size
  • Mailbox/DB document count report (useful to identify mailbox/DBs which require archiving)
  • Full Text Index reports (useful to optimize server performance by identifying non-critical mailbox/DBs using "Immediate" frequency which should ideally be changed to "Hourly" or "Daily)
  • Mailbox delegation reports (useful for messaging migrations)
  • Mailbox user activity reports (useful to identify mailboxes which can be retired)
  • Nested group expander for group troubleshooting (useful to identify mailbox/DB access issues with nested groups)

DOMINO: RECALL MESSAGES USING A MOBILE DEVICE (IPHONE, DROID)
TOTAL Recall for IBM Lotus Notes and Domino expands the native message recall functionality available in Notes 9 and 8.5, and it is supported on all server, desktop and mobile platforms. It provides central control and risk aversion including an audit trail for all messages recalled. Mobile device users can now recall messages which is currently not available when using native functionality in IBM Notes Traveler and Blackberry Enterprise Server (BES). IT Help Desk and Domino Administrators can now recall messages on behalf of any user via a mobile web client, desktop web client or Notes client. And, of course, end users can be configured to recall messages using any client as well.
